Euston Station…Problem Resolved!

Thanks to the work done by the United Cabbies Group, the recent problem at Euston Station where the wrong signage was used has now been resolved.

After liaising with the Station’s Interface Manager Colin Walker we explained the problem and he agreed to act on our concerns.

And true to his word Colin Walker has changed all the signs to much clearer ones and this we hope will resolve the problem.

We would like to thank Colin Walker for his co-operation.

Well done, thanks for all your efforts and thanks to Colin. Just a quick question, how does it work, do cabs get moved up from the proper rank etc, or do you just pull on if you see one? dont want to do the worng thing ……you know!

Well done guys. You have achieved more in the short time you have been operating, than the Transport and General Workers have achieved in 40 years.

i find it really funny that mew years eve (the best night)… all traffic was banned from the west end by the police, yet illegal pedicabs were allowed in to ruthlessly rip off the celebrating public…. for instance i picked up a couple, the guy had a broken ankle and was on crutches outside green park tube station, they were only travelling top lancaster gate… a £13.00 fare on new year eve with the extras… the illegal pediscab wanted … wait for it ,,,, £42.00… yes you heard me right …….this rip off made me really angry as i said to the couple, at that price it could get you to stratford… or ealing … SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MENACE BEFORE THE OLYMPICS…

december last year i stopped on oxford st at 315am for a young girl (20 something) my front wheel was touching the beginning of a “zig zag” crossing as she staggered in, inverness terrace she said….spinning around i was on my way….
3 days later i got a love letter off westminster council with a £60.00 “rsvp” arrached to it, the camera had zoomed in that much you could see my tyre tread….i called the “ltda” and was transferred to “big bob”… i explained what had happened and he closed me down by saying “well you shouldnt have stopped on a zigzag”
“hold on bob i pay the ltda £17,60 a month for help, can you not help me with this”?
    bob replied
“count yourself lucky you never got 3 points”…
thinking it over, i called the next day and told them i wanted to leave the ltda and was transferred to someone who pleaded with me not to leave… this actually happened and yes bob, now there is another contender (ucg) thats growing stronger by the day,….with your help and advice bob oddie, you have lost my £211,20 a year for the past 5 years… i hope other ltda readers that are reading this on the rank realise he really is a tw-t and does not care about the day to day struggles we have….
i used to be an ltda member until bob oddie said “count yourself lucky you never got 3 points”…. i expected him to say “leave it with me and ill fight your corner”…. hmmmmmm

I believe that time is running out time to get rid of pedicab menaces
from our streets .As the mayoral elections coming soon.
Do I have to remind you of the consequences if Mr Livingston
    gets in
